Shipping Order Tracking

Once the consignment note no. has been assigned to the order, the system will automatically notify your customers on the tracking no. and its tracking URLs.

Shipment order tracking allows customers to track their orders in real time using a tracking number, or entering customer’s email and order ID.
How It Works?
The customer will be informed of the detailed shipment information of a particular order including the shipment number, order ID status, send date, delivery date, delivery location and recipient information.

In Shipment Order Tracking section in the administration the following settings can be configured.
