Advantages
There are many advantages in being able to set up multiple stores:

•  Set products to only appear on specific stores.
•  Localise each store by setting a different default language, currency
   and tax class.
•  You can set different prices for each store you have setup.
•  Setup a default customer group for each store allowing you to have
some stores setup for retail customers and others as wholesale.

Multi Level Admin

Assign various permissions to admin for editing products, managing product categories, managing orders, customers particulars and configuring specific catalogs and store views.

This feature allows the store’s top admin to assign permissions to admin panel users for editing products, managing product categories, managing orders, customers particulars and configuring specific catalogs and store views. So all admin users can access to the admin panel but their access levels to the store’s databases and features will be varied accordingly. This feature is particularly useful for stores with big catalogs, for multiple store views and for businesses that need to allow users with restricted permissions to manage their own stores and products.
How It Works?
The user group management mechanism in the admin panel allows the store’s top administrator to:

•  Create and manage users who could access to store’s admin panel

Each admin user will be able to access the store’s management features permitted for them on the panel dashboard once they login.
